We clearly recognize that protection of personal information is vital in regards to the privacy of our customers. Therefore, Shinano Kenshi Co., Ltd. has established the following privacy policy to express our determination in taking the best possible care in handling such information.

  5. Invitation of customers’ opinions, conducted to facilitate our product planning, R&D, product quality improvement, and enhancement of our services.
  6. The provision of product-related support for customers, and repair and other after-sales services for product quality assurance.

We will also exercise proper management of personal information we have received from customers to always keep it accurate and updated.

When a customer who has provided us with personal information makes an inquiry about the content of his or her personal information, or requests an alteration or deletion of the content, we will promptly and reasonably respond to such request after confirming his or her identity.
